Powerful vacuum pumps for dry and hydrocarbon-free operation. Due to their unique operating principle, they generate ultra-pure vacuum as well as contamination-free exhaust air and work abrasion-free. They have been specially developed for processes down to the 10,-3, mbar range, but can also be used without any problems at working pressures above 1 mbar.,The chemical-resistant version VACUU·PURE,®, 10C is protected against corrosion due to chemically resistant polymers on all wetted parts. A thick-walled PEEK encapsulation protects the spindles and stator inside the pumping chamber, providing high chemical resistance. An integrated sealing gas supply prevents the bearings from chemical attack.
